Following their recent visit to the Hermle Open House in Gosheim, Southern Germany, Boyce Precision Engineering, decided that the Hermle platform provided them with the best route into 5 axis machining.
Boyce Precision Engineering are specialists in bespoke engineering solutions including prototyping and tool and mould production. Launched in 2016, the Hermle C250’s is the ideal platform for the further development of their capabilities.
As with all Hermle machines the three linear axes are contained within the modified gantry design whilst the integrated trunnion provides the rigid and stable platform for the two rotary axes.
